Sponsorship packages

Please keep in mind that sponsors are not exempt from registration fees

Registration sponsor - $1500

• Wearing of the sponsor’s promo T-shirt or a cap during the participants’ registration: 25-Sep-08, from 15.00 to 19.00; 26-Sep-08, from 09.00 to 14.00. The clothes are given by the sponsor;
• Distribution of sponsor’s promotional materials and souvenirs at registration desk;
• Placement of the sponsor's poster (900*2000 mm max) at registration desk;
• Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
• Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
• Logo placement in the program of the conference;
• Publication of the advertising module (1/4 of the page) in the conference program;

Bronze level - $750

• Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
• Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
• Logo placement in the program of the conference;
• Publication of the advertising module (1/4 of the page) in the conference program;
• Mentioning as a bronze sponsor at the banquet;

Silver level - $2.500

• Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
• Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
• Logo placement in the program of the conference;
• Publication of the advertising module (1/2 of the page) in the conference program;
• Opportunity to add sponsor’s marketing materials to the handout sets distributed among the participants of the conference;
• Mentioning as a silver sponsor at the banquet;
• Opportunity to hold a 15 minute presentation or report;
• Opportunity to get a space for advertising poster (of size no more than 900*2000 mm);

Gold level - $5.000

• Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
• Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
• Logo placement in the program of the conference;
• Publication of the advertising module (1 page) in the conference program;
• Opportunity to add sponsor’s materials to the handout sets distributed among the participants of the conference, including drawing of the logotype (to choose from badge, T-shirt, bag, notebook+pen). Sponsor’s staff wearing logo and logotype drawing are provided by sponsors. Options: partial payment for the staff wearing logo and logotype drawing;
• Mentioning as a gold sponsor at the banquet;
• Opportunity to hold a 30 minute presentation or report;
• Opportunity to get a space for sponsor’s stand;
• Placement of the advertising in the conference hall;

Platinum level - $10.000

• Rotation of the banner at the ISDEF site;
• Logo placement on the sponsors’ webpage;
• Logo placement in the program of the conference;
• Publication of the advertising module (2 pages) in the conference program;
• Publication of the advertising module, advertising article (format A5) in the ISDEF digest;
• Opportunity to add marketing materials to the sets distributed among the participants of the conference;
• Mentioning as a gold sponsor at the banquet and in the press releases in the end of the conference;
• Opportunity to hold 30 minute presentations or reports during two sections;
• Taking part in the round table discussion concerning partners’ programs;
• Booking up to 10 conference participant seats for partners;
• Banners and posters in the hall where the plenary meeting will take place;
• Opportunity to hold lotteries, entertaining events, etc. during the ISDEF banquet on the conference;
• Opportunity to hold a 15-minute report during the plenary section;
• Space for the sponsor’s stand (a table and two chairs);
• Allocation of mini-hall for closed negotiations and presentations;
• Opportunity to place up to 5 computers for the presentation of electronic marketing material.

General sponsor

The general sponsor’s package is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Attention!

1.       The subject of the report of the platinum and gold sponsor to be confirmed with moderator 

2.       All levels Conference 2008 sponsor banner rotation is made on a homepage of the Conference-2008 during 10-Aug-2008 ÷ 10-Aug-2009. Banner size - 468*60 pixels.

3.       Advertising materials of all levels sponsor should be brought to the Organizing committee of the Conference before 24-Sep-2008. Upon concurrence with the Organizing committee of the Conference, manufacturing of the promotional materials may be delegated to the Organizing Committee (at cost).
